Refund eligibility

We offer refunds on eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Prescription Eyewear & Prescription Sunglasses (Important)

If you place an order for prescription eyewear or prescription sunglasses, then only the frame amount will be refunded in case of return.

The lens amount will not be refunded, because prescription lenses are specially made as per your individual eye power and cannot be reused.

Non-refundable items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events

Initiating a refund
